Caregiver
We are looking for a competent Caregiver to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. It is an often-demanding job as you will have to be available for most of the day and week. But it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are thankful for high quality assistance.
The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients.
Care giver job duties and responsibilities: -
- Address client needs with respect and attention to safety.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom.
- Actively engage clients through conversation and companionship.
- Care for the elderly: orienting or grounding someone with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, relaying information from a doctor to family members.
- Mobility assistance: help with getting in and out of a wheelchair, car, or shower.
- Engage with clients in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Help clients with physical therapy exercises under supervision.
- Report any unusual incidents or behavior.
- Administer medications as outlined under supervision of family member.
- Maintain a safe environment for clients.
Qualifications for Caregiver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or move up to heavy weight client.
- Proven experience as a caregiver.
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
Filipina , Indonesian Care giver are preferred.
Saudi Family medicine or internal medicine specialist
Job Overview
We are seeking a Saudi national with a specialty in one of the following specialties; family medicine, internal medicine, emergency. Physician would take leadership role in medical services while assisting the administration of clinical and business functions, clinical operations, quality improvement, compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, human resources, business development and clinical program development. Also act as a compliance liaison with laws and regulation to support and provide leadership.
Summary Description
Physicians who diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population. May refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment.
- Experience in digital health, on-site and remote medical services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multinational work environment with a multidisciplinary team.
Job duties
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments, as necessary.
- Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.
- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
- Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
- Coordinate work with nurses, rehabilitation therapists and other health care providers.
- Operate on patients to remove, repair, or improve functioning of diseased or injured body parts and systems.
- Plan, implement, or administer health programs or standards in home care, businesses, or communities for prevention or treatment of injury or illness.
- Prepare organizational reports which include birth, death, and disease statistics, workforce evaluations, or medical status of individuals.
- Manage patients’ long-term conditions (chronic diseases) according to their needs and ability.
- Act as a resource for colleagues in the management of complex cases and in collaboration with relevant agencies/service providers.
- Promote healthy lifestyle and support the organization in identifying, planning, and undertaking health promotion activities for identified individuals, targets group or for general population according to the local population health needs.
- Recognize cultural, religious, disability, gender issues, communication style, content, and language when communication with patients and staff.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree of medicine and surgery.
- Saudi National
- Current Valid license from Saudi Commission for Health Care Specialties
- Excellent patient management skills
- Integrity and strong professional code of ethics
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic language
