Terms and Conditions
We are dedicated to provide a comprehensive and personalized health care plan for your loved ones. Please read our Terms and Conditions in regards to fees, invoicing and payment, overdue chargers, suspension of service, payment disputes, refund or payment upon termination, office of foreign asset control, and taxes.
Fees:
Customer will pay all fees specified in Invoices. Except as otherwise specified herein or in the Invoice, (i) fees are based on Services rendered / booked, (ii) payment obligations are non- cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable once service is rendered.
Invoicing and Payment:
Customer will provide Hala Altab Medical Care payments either through cash, cheque, credit card or online payment gateway. Visa, Master Card, and all card types issued by any bank in SAUDI will be accepted. Payment can either be in advance or upon rendering of the service. Unless otherwise stated in the Invoice, invoiced fees are due immediately from the invoice date. Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate details for payment through online payment gateway and notifying Hala Altab Medical Care of any changes to such information.
Overdue Charges:
If any invoiced amount is not received by Hala Altab Medical Care by the due date, then without limiting Hala Altab Medical Care’s rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month and/or (b) Hala Altab Medical Care may suspend further services until such time the overdue amount is paid.
Suspension of Service:
If any charge owing by Customer under this or any other service is 30 days or more overdue, Hala Altab Medical Care may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, suspend the services until such amounts are paid in full, in accordance with the “Manner of Giving Notice” section below for billing notices, before suspending services to Customer.
Payment Disputes:
Hala Altab Medical Care will not exercise its rights under the “Overdue Charges” or “Suspension of Service” section above if Customer is disputing the applicable charges reasonably and in good faith and is cooperating diligently to resolve the dispute.
Refund or Payment upon termination:
If the customer for a valid reason decides to not avail services already paid for, Hala Altab Medical Care would refund such amounts to the customer through the original mode of payment.
Office of Foreign Assets Control
www.halahealth.com.sa will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of SAUDI.
Taxes:
Hala Altab Medical Care’s invoices would include Value Added Tax as applicable to be paid to the authorities.
